This workshop is the intense, let’s be about it, we gonna git down wit it version of that PDF.

We will talk about motivation, goals, how the body responds in different situations and why, and more.

There’s a reason why I didn’t have much of a problem with students practicing—but my approach takes more work and thus is not popular in K-12 education.

It requires more communication, greater sensitivity, knowledge of self, and desire to learn.

This workshop is not at all a quick fix, nor is it full of cliches and “Buy this now!”.

This is not at all how I teach, and this is not how folks learn.

This is about transformation.

This takes more time.

It is much more sure.
