In music, the rests are important to allow other voices in the orchestra to shine. And if you played all the time during every piece you'd burn out pretty fast.

Right now, I'm sitting in the sun next to my cat and my friend, having charcuterie foods that actually aren't really charcuterie foods but are served on a charcuterie board, and listening to hilarious comedy.
Resting.
Recharging.
Laughing.
These are essential activities in a country that daily keeps going back in time toward the 1930s.
Rest is a biological imperative.
Joy is rebellious right now.
