Bring your instrument to my workshop
All learning is forged by our jam sessions.

After a day of intense learning, research, figuring out what you're doing right and wrong, we take a break—and go get our instruments.
Then we jam. Bob our heads. Tap our toes.
Get down with it.
Any session that lasts longer than three hours ends in a jam session.
This includes half day workshops, full day seminars, meetings with department chairpersons and university presidents.
I allow time at the end of our sessions for jamming.
I know of no better way for musicians-turned-educators to create a bond, to solidify our knowledge our way, and to establish lasting memories that will enhance our teaching and elevate us as well.
I mean, it makes sense to me anyway
