Feelings.
That's what it's all about.

Writing music involves delving into emotions.
And, for me, that requires solitude.
I need the silence so that I can…feel.
It's 11:45 pm.
Phyllo dough, with marzipan and black currant jam spread on top and then rolled up and baked are my snacks of choice, with warm chai as my beverage.
I sit. And feel. And find the notes and chords and phrasings that replicate those feelings.
This is the life right here.
We teach this, with joy.
