That's it. That's the mission for my company—to help retain teachers by providing uncommon support.
Who am I talking about?

- The studio leader who says, I want several schools—a chain of schools.
- The department chairperson who is already leading teachers.
- The school administrator who manages many teachers.
That's who I want to reach.
What's my mission?
The teacher may be struggling with a student who won't practice or doesn't listen or some such. The educator is not looking for judgment or empty platitudes, which they quite often get—they want to know how to reach their students and help them achieve their potential.
Everything I have built thus far answers those concerns.
