My breakfast today was strawberry pancakes with coconut-based whipped cream. Lunch will be a stacked sandwich with tomatoes and cucumbers.
You must eat. Stop skipping your lunch.
Your fuel is what literally helps you live.
Get those fuel points.
Drink your water. Your brain is blah blah blah percentage water as is your body so start guzzling.

You don't have to be super adult about all of this. Throw in some goldfish crackers or add wasabi to your sandwich for a kick. Add flavor to your water. Heck, bring fresh lemonade and add some 7-Up for some zing. You see that I added whipped cream to my breakfast.
Find the little things that can put a smile on your face. This is real advice from a seasoned teacher to you—those little things are what helps you ride out the difficult moments.
And eating well is always beneficial.
