What's the big deal about this The Faculty Handbook? Why is it such a good reference for professional musicians and studio leaders?

1. It's updated every six months.
2. The person who wrote it and updates it every six months is a certified teacher with a Master’s degree in Teaching and is also a professional musician, film composer, and theme song writer.
3. The person who wrote it is also a teacher, and so the problems she's encountered show up in the book as solutions.
4. The solutions fall into one (or more) of eight categories. Once you get good at knowing what category your problem is in, the solutions make themselves obvious. That's the genius of The Faculty Handbook. You don't just get information; you're transformed.
